Welcome To Don Gregorio!
We are excited to introduce our new Italian restaurant in the heart of Cork City, located at No. 7 Washington Street. Opening on January 18th, Don Gregorio’s promises to bring you an authentic Italian dining experience, with a focus on fresh, homemade pasta made from locally sourced ingredients. The idea behind Don Gregorio came from a desire to deliver something truly special to the food lovers of Cork. Our philosophy is simple – fresh, homemade, and full of flavor. Whether you’re craving a classic Roman carbonara, a fiery Amatriciana, or a delicious Aglio e Olio, every dish is crafted with care and passion. We also offer a variety of luscious Italian desserts, including tiramisu served in a glass, traditional cannoli, and jam-filled crostata.
